Aproximar a FEA-RP do mundo empresarial e do mercado de trabalho. Foi baseada nesses tópicos a maior parte das sugestões dadas por conselheiros na primeira reunião do Conselho Consultivo Externo, realizada na sexta-feira (28).
Formado por representantes de importantes empresas da região e do Brasil, o Conselho listou as principais questões que podem ajudar a Faculdade a evoluir no ensino e formar alunos preparados para o mercado de trabalho. Dentre elas:
- Aprofundar o conhecimento em estratégia empresarial e governança corporativa;
- Ampliar o programa de estágio supervisionado, incluindo-o na grade curricular para ser realizado no penúltimo semestre do ano de conclusão do curso. A medida teria como objetivo fomentar o estágio de forma geral (inclusive internacional) agregando ao aluno o contato com o mundo empresarial, sem prejuízo da sua formatura no tempo normal da graduação;
- Promover maior participação nas questões públicas (como, por exemplo, o desenvolvimento e a apresentação de propostas relacionadas a mobilidade urbana, cidades inteligentes e processos licitatórios);
- Desenvolver programas que propiciem maior integração do corpo docente com o mercado, facilitando a internalização, na Faculdade, de experiências e cases de sucesso do mundo empresarial, além de promover o intercâmbio de conhecimento;
- Ter uma porcentagem do corpo docente formado por executivos com mais de dez anos de experiência na iniciativa privada;
- Ministrar cerca de 20% das disciplinas dos cursos em inglês;
- Submeter o TCC a um "balcão de vendas" para as empresas e o mesmo ser aprovado apenas se a empresa "comprar" o projeto;
- Desenvolver, nas áreas de contabilidade e administração, matérias mais abrangentes sobre os temas de planejamento tributário, direito empresarial e lei das S.A., preparando o aluno para situações mais complexas do mundo dos negócios (fusões, aquisições, M&A, IPO etc);
- Rever o conteúdo dos cursos de graduação e MBAs, com o objetivo de aproximar as disciplinas do mundo real;
- Ter uma empresa exponsor das cinco principais disciplinas (uma em cada ano da graduação);
- Evoluir a instituição para uma escola de negócios integrada, com grade curricular comum nos primeiros anos e com a opção do aluno em especializar-se em uma das áreas ao final do curso;
- Direcionar o foco a valores éticos e morais no mundo dos negócios;
- Criar um mestrado em liderança.
Primeira reunião
A primeira reunião do Conselho Consultivo Externo teve início com uma apresentação sobre a USP e a FEA-RP, feita pelo diretor Dante Pinheiro Martinelli. Logo em seguida, os chefes de Departamento falaram sobre dados gerais e informações dos cursos oferecidos na Unidade. Depois, foi a vez dos presidentes das comissões de graduação, pós-graduação, cultura e extensão universitária e pesquisa comentarem sobre as atividades desenvolvidas.
A segunda parte da reunião envolveu apenas os conselheiros, que se reuniram para pensar sugestões que ajudassem a FEA-RP a formar alunos para solucionar os desafios que as organizações enfrentam e contribuir de forma efetiva com a sociedade. As sugestões foram então apresentadas, no Anfiteatro, a alunos, funcionários e professores.
O Conselho Consultivo Externo é um dos projetos prioritários da gestão do diretor. O projeto é coordenado pelo professor do Departamento de Administração, Marcos Fava Neves, com a ajuda da assistente técnica de gabinete, Fabiana Abreu. O objetivo é que as reuniões do Conselho sejam realizadas semestralmente.
