Leonardo Augusto Amaral Terra
Professor Doutor da Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade de Ribeirão Preto da Universidade de São Paulo (FEA-RP/USP), na área de Política de Negócios. Doutor e Mestre em Administração de Organizações e Bacharel em Administração pela FEA-RP/USP, graduado também em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade de Franca e especialista em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela Fundação Getulio Vargas. Possui ampla experiência no ensino de graduação e pós-graduação, com atuação em Estratégia, Economia de Empresas, Teoria das Organizações, Negociação e Jogos de Negócios. Desenvolve pesquisas nas áreas de Sistemas Socioeconômicos Complexos, Complexidade Organizacional, Redes Interorganizacionais Complexas, Gestão Estratégica e Planejamento Estratégico. É fundador da Teoria da Dinâmica Simbiótica e fundador e líder do CHAOS, Complexity Hub for Adaptive Organizational Strategy, dedicado ao avanço dos estudos sobre complexidade, organizações e estratégia. É autor de aproximadamente cinquenta artigos científicos publicados em periódicos nacionais e internacionais. Sua produção recebeu reconhecimentos como dois West Churchman Memorial Awards, Menção Honrosa no Prêmio J. Donald R. de Raadt e o Top Cited Article da Wiley.
