Possui graduação em Bacharelado em Administração pela Universidade de São Paulo (2007), graduação em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade de Franca (2022), mestrado em Administração de Organizações pela Universidade de São Paulo (2010) e doutorado em Administração de Organizações pela Universidade de São Paulo (2015). Tem experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em Desenvolvimento Estratégico das Organizações, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: estratégia, complexidade, pensamento sistêmico, competitividade e fenomenologia.
